Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping Rates

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $8 on orders under $35 and free on orders of $35 or more. Express shipping is $15 on any U.S. order size. The exact shipping options and cost are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 10-20 business days from the order date. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout.

We work with specialty outdoor suppliers, and some items ship from partner warehouses outside the U.S. We would rather give you an honest range up front than promise two days and leave you refreshing a tracking page.

Express shipping is $15 on U.S. orders. It is not a guaranteed delivery date; available delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Larger orders may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days - that's normal, and you'll get tracking for each.

Where We Ship
We ship to supported U.S. and international destinations. Available shipping methods and costs, including any free standard option, vary by product and destination. Enter your address at checkout to see available options and the final cost before payment.

Delays
Carriers can run behind during peak season, severe weather, or customs inspection. If your order passes 25 business days with no movement on tracking, email us and we'll either replace it or refund you in full. No argument.

Returns and Return Shipping
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered - in those cases we cover it.

For items under $25, don't ship it back. Send us a photo and we'll refund or replace it. Return postage costs more than the item does.
